We utilise a personal database to optimise bookings. Bookings generated through our network are not included in our standard fees and are subject to separate negotiation.

As a homeowner, you’re completely freed from hospitality responsibilities. We manage everything, allowing you to enjoy hassle-free ownership.

Assisting guests with tourism related activities they may wish to do during their stay.
Thorough inspection of homeowner premises to ensure the property has not been damaged.
Homeowner feedback whenever necessary (in the event of any incidents that warrant reporting).
Management of online reviews to ensure future bookings and maintenance of property image.
Facilitation of security deposit refunds on private bookings.
Regular communication with owner via WhatsApp regarding each guest.
Reservation fees are made directly into your bank account.
Regular inventory reporting of all supplies (cleaning products, washing powder, water, wine, treats, complimentary guest supplies, etc.) We prefer that these items are either placed in a locked storage facility within the home with access only for the client or The Property Organiser.
We offer a facility whereby we purchase all stock items on behalf of the client using a supplied debit card.
